You will play a vital lead role in this expansion working with the Managing Consultant with our international client base. This is an exciting opportunity for a ‘can do’ individual to play a part in a company that is growing quarter by quarter in a booming market sector.

 

Jobomschrijving

The e-Commerce Business Analyst role supports and works on new project requests, from collecting business requirements through to solution design and delivery.

You will interact with client business leads within IT, e-Commerce, operations, customer support, and management across different locations. You will work closely with Apoyar Management, Project Leadership, and other members of the team on new requests and support issues to ensure they progress along agreed timelines and meet the key client business requirements and success criteria.

Key responsibilities:

  • With our Managing Consultant serve as a primary client contact for e-Commerce and software development implementations
  • Bridge and facilitate between client and internal tech teams
  • Support and manage our development team in all End-to-End processes and functional flows that our required by our customer.
  • Translate client business requirements into tech requirements of business objects and associated services.
  • Understand and facilitate best practices and solutions from Magento “out of the box” functionality
  • Effectively serve as the onsite technical and functional liaison for our portal solutions
  • Partner with external software suppliers, project leads, technical resources and business personnel to define & specify new projects.
  • Organize tasks and estimate delivery times, produce clear & concise project plans with our tool sets.

Wat verwachten we van jou?

  • 2 + years of experience in requirements analysis and development, change management and solution implementation to be an effective liaison for the work of this team.
  • Focus on solutions rather than features to meet business challenges or opportunities
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills; ability to work independently and solve problems.
  • Ability to identify and prioritise issues.
  • Show passion and energy to get the job done.
  • You should be extremely comfortable in translating business requirements into tech requirements of business objects and associated services.

Platform Skills:

  • Demonstrated ability to synthesize business requirements and guide users into the right solution path within the eCommerce platform frameworks
  • Strike the balance between business needs and eCommerce platform capabilities, offer out of the box or 3rd party alternatives before custom development
  • Understand Trello or equivalent tool sets
  • Comprehensive experience with Magento configuration through the web UI.
  • Comfortable with methodologies, however you should have one Web Services, Rest Api and XML

Additional Skills:

  • Proven customer facing skills, meeting and conference calls
  • Ability to present information clearly and concisely to different levels of the organisation, written and verbal
  • Collaboration facilitation skills e.g. activity identification, process mapping, ideation, retrospective
  • Analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities; changing course and direction as needed
  • Excellent knowledge of English and Dutch is required. Knowledge of French or the ability to develop French.
