Our client is expanding its digital marketing strategy and is looking for the best and brightest minds in Marketing to join their digital marketing team. Bloovi Me is reaching out and looking for a Freelance Digital Campaign Manager.

Missions description

The Digital Campaign Manager will develop and implement digital marketing strategies and tactics to support the instream of candidates for our clients. He/she will leverage search-, display-, email-, social-, jobboard-, sms/ivr-, affiliates-, jobboards- & content-partnership actions to drive the overall digital performance.

Objectives:
Partner with the business to understand all relevant business drivers and develop the necessary insights how to translate this in a structural digital media strategy, to generate relevant and structural inflow of good candidates.
Ensure correct copywriting (NL/FR) in all campaign related activities, and ensure that all artwork is in line with brand guidelines.
Partner with the business to understand the individual needs of our customers and set-up digital marketing campaigns to provide added value.
Ensure correct and timely reporting of the campaign results to our internal and external customers
Define and maintain the digital market rate-card, and evangelize the opportunities towards the business.

Profile:

3+ years of digital media planning/campaign operations experience in a B2C & B2B environment.
Background as an ad-ops in a digital media sales house and/or search engine agency is a plus.

Hands-on expertise in the following areas:
Development & implementation of Digital traffic plans
Development & implementation of On-Line Ad Campaigns including SEO, SEA, affiliate, display, video, mobile/tablets & other emerging digital channels
Digital analytics - Google Analytics,
Development & implementation of SEM & SEO campaigns (paid & organic search engine optimization strategy leveraging all on-line real estate); PPC including search retargeting
Strong copywriting skills
Good design and graphical skills
Excellent presentation & communication skills, able to share insights with the business and create a positive win-win collaboration
Google AdWords Certification is a plus
Google Analytics Certification is a plus
Third-party Ad Server management experience is a plus
